Article R5312-33 of the French Labour Code

The personal data collected is that which makes it possible to identify the beneficiary and, where applicable, his or her spouse, cohabitee or partner linked by a civil solidarity pact, i.e. for each of them:

1° Surname and, where applicable, married name, first name, date of birth, municipality of residence;

2° The registration number in the national register for the identification of natural persons;

3° The number of the relevant fund, the recipient number and the benefit received;

4° For the revenu de solidarité active (active solidarity income) and the prime d’activité (activity bonus), the date entitlement was opened, the date of application, the type of allowance received and the date the allowance was withdrawn.

Les données à caractère personnel collectées sont celles permettant d’identifier le bénéficiaire ainsi que, le cas échéant, son conjoint, concubin ou partenaire lié par un pacte civil de solidarité, soit, pour chacun d’eux :

1° Le nom de famille et, le cas échéant, le nom marital, le prénom, la date de naissance, la commune de résidence ;

2° Le numéro d’inscription au répertoire national d’identification des personnes physiques ;

3° Le numéro de la caisse de rattachement, le numéro d’allocataire et l’allocation perçue ;

4° Pour le revenu de solidarité active et la prime d’activité, la date d’ouverture des droits, la date de la demande, la nature de l’allocation perçue et la date de sortie de l’allocation.
