Article R5312-45 of the French Labour Code

The rights of access and rectification provided for in articles 39 and 40 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files and civil liberties may be exercised by jobseekers at the Pôle emploi branch where they are registered and, for other persons, with the Pôle emploi information technology and civil liberties correspondent at Pôle emploi’s general management.

Les droits d’accès et de rectification prévus par les articles 39 et 40 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés s’exercent à l’agence Pôle emploi où ils sont inscrits pour les demandeurs d’emploi et, pour les autres personnes, auprès du correspondant informatique et libertés de Pôle emploi à la direction générale de Pôle emploi.
