Article R5315-9 of the French Labour Code

The public establishment is subject to:

1° The rules applicable to industrial and commercial companies in terms of financial management and accounting;

2° State economic and financial control, in accordance with the conditions laid down by Decree no. 53-707 of 9 August 1953 on State control of national public companies and certain bodies with an economic or social purpose and Decree no. 55-733 of 26 May 1955 on State economic and financial control;

3° Control by the Cour des Comptes.

Article R5315-9

L’établissement public est soumis :

1° En matière de gestion financière et comptable, aux règles applicables aux entreprises industrielles et commerciales ;

2° Au contrôle économique et financier de l’Etat, dans les conditions fixées par les décrets n° 53-707 du 9 août 1953 relatif au contrôle de l’Etat sur les entreprises publiques nationales et certains organismes ayant un objet d’ordre économique ou social et n° 55-733 du 26 mai 1955 relatif au contrôle économique et financier de l’Etat ;

3° Au contrôle de la Cour des comptes.
