The provisional registration of a mortgage is effected by the filing with the land registry of two forms in accordance with the conditions set out inarticle 2428 of the Civil Code. It also contains an indication of the capital of the claim and its accessories.
L’inscription provisoire d’hypothèque est opérée par le dépôt au service de la publicité foncière de deux bordereaux dans les conditions prévues par l’article 2428 du code civil. Elle contient, en outre, l’indication du capital de la créance et de ses accessoires.
