Where an appeal is vitiated by an inadmissibility that may be covered after the expiry of the time limit for lodging an appeal, the National Court of Asylum may reject it by noting this inadmissibility of its own motion only after having invited its author to regularise it.
The request for regularisation states that failing such regularisation the submissions may be rejected as inadmissible as soon as the time limit has expired. Except in emergencies, this time limit may not be less than fifteen days.
