Article R532-13 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The appeal is communicated to the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons.
The Office immediately transmits the applicant’s file to the National Court of Asylum, which keeps it available for the applicant.
The other pleadings and documents produced by the applicant are communicated to the Office if they contain new elements.

Le recours est communiqué à l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides.
L’office transmet sans délai le dossier du requérant à la Cour nationale du droit d’asile qui le tient à disposition de ce dernier.
Les autres mémoires et pièces produits par le requérant sont communiqués à l’office s’ils contiennent des éléments nouveaux.
