Article R532-18 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Communications with the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons shall be made electronically, under conditions guaranteeing the reliability, integrity, security and confidentiality of exchanges.
If the documents produced by the applicant cannot, due to their number, volume or characteristics, be communicated to the Office under the conditions provided for in the first paragraph, only the inventory of these documents shall be sent to the Office so that it can examine them at the headquarters of the National Court of Asylum.
The Office shall be deemed to have received notification of the documents sent to it in this way on the date of their transmission appearing in the transmission reports generated by the computer application.

Les communications avec l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides sont faites par voie électronique, dans des conditions garantissant la fiabilité, l’intégrité, la sécurité et la confidentialité des échanges.
Si les pièces produites par le requérant ne peuvent, en raison de leur nombre, de leur volume ou de leurs caractéristiques, être communiquées à l’office dans les conditions prévues au premier alinéa, seul l’inventaire de ces pièces lui est transmis de manière à lui permettre d’en prendre connaissance au siège de la Cour nationale du droit d’asile.
L’office est réputé avoir reçu notification des documents qui lui ont été ainsi adressés à la date de leur transmission apparaissant dans les rapports de transmission générés par l’application informatique.
