Article R532-4 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The order provided for in Article R. 532-3 shall mention the names of the parties, the analysis of the submissions and the references to the legislative or regulatory provisions to which it applies.
In the case provided for in 5° of Article R. 532-3, the order shall also mention the formalities completed by the applicant in order to take cognisance of the documents in the file and the examination of the file by the rapporteur.
The order shall indicate the date on which it was signed. The minutes shall be signed only by the magistrate who issued it.
Orders shall not be handed down in open court.
The provisions of the second paragraph of article R. 532-26 shall not apply when the provisions of this article are applied.

L’ordonnance prévue à l’article R. 532-3 mentionne le nom des parties, l’analyse des conclusions ainsi que les visas des dispositions législatives ou réglementaires dont elle fait application.
Dans le cas prévu au 5° de l’article R. 532-3, l’ordonnance vise également les formalités accomplies par le requérant afin de prendre connaissance des pièces du dossier ainsi que l’examen de celui-ci par le rapporteur.
L’ordonnance indique la date à laquelle elle a été signée. La minute est signée du seul magistrat qui l’a rendue.
Les ordonnances ne sont pas prononcées en audience publique.
Les dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 532-26 ne sont pas applicables lorsqu’il est fait application des dispositions du présent article.
