The powers devolved by the provisions of this chapter to the panel of judges or its chairman shall be exercised by the magistrate competent, pursuant to Article L. 532-6, to rule on appeals lodged against decisions of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons taken pursuant to Articles L. 531-24 to L. 531-31 or L. 531-32 to L. 531-35.
Les attributions dévolues par les dispositions du présent chapitre à la formation de jugement ou à son président sont exercées par le magistrat compétent, en application de l’article L. 532-6, pour statuer sur les recours formés contre les décisions de l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides prises en application des articles L. 531-24 à L. 531-31 ou L. 531-32 à L. 531-35.
