Article R532-68 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Where a decision of the Cour nationale du droit d’asile is vitiated by a material error likely to have had an influence on the judgment of the case, the interested party may lodge an appeal with the court for rectification.
This appeal shall be lodged within one month of the day of notification of the decision whose rectification is requested.

Article R532-68

Lorsqu’une décision de la Cour nationale du droit d’asile est entachée d’une erreur matérielle susceptible d’avoir exercé une influence sur le jugement de l’affaire, la partie intéressée peut saisir la cour d’un recours en rectification.
Ce recours est introduit dans un délai d’un mois à compter du jour de la notification de la décision dont la rectification est demandée.
