Article R532-8 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

An order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister responsible for asylum sets out the methods of filing or transmitting appeals, pleadings, documents and pleadings accepted by the secretariat of the National Court of Asylum.
As regards electronic transmissions, this order sets out the conditions guaranteeing the reliability, integrity, security and confidentiality of exchanges.
Appeals are registered according to their date of arrival at the court.

Un arrêté du ministre de la justice et du ministre chargé de l’asile définit les modes de dépôt ou de transmission des recours, des mémoires, des pièces et des actes de procédure admis par le secrétariat de la Cour nationale du droit d’asile.
S’agissant des transmissions par voie électronique, cet arrêté fixe les conditions garantissant la fiabilité, l’intégrité, la sécurité et la confidentialité des échanges.
Les recours sont enregistrés suivant leur date d’arrivée à la cour.
