Article R5323-8 of the French Labour Code

Each year, before 31 March of the following year, the private-sector organisation providing job placement services must submit the following information to the Prefect, in accordance with a model laid down by order of the Minister for Employment:
1° Turnover from job placement for the previous year, divided by total turnover where applicable;
2° The number of people seeking employment, broken down by gender and age:
a) Received during the year;
b) Placed during the year;
c) Registered in the organisation’s files on 31 December.

Article R5323-8

L’organisme de droit privé exerçant une fonction de placement adresse au préfet chaque année, avant le 31 mars de l’année suivante, et selon un modèle fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’emploi :
1° Le chiffre d’affaires relatif au placement, réalisé sur l’année écoulée, rapporté s’il y a lieu au chiffre d’affaire total ;
2° Le nombre des personnes à la recherche d’un emploi, réparties selon le sexe et l’âge :
a) Reçues au cours de l’année ;
b) Placées au cours de l’année ;
c) Inscrites dans les fichiers de l’organisme au 31 décembre.
