Article R5334-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The chapters and articles of the budget of the syndicat d’agglomération nouvelle are defined by the decree mentioned in article R. 2311-1. The budget is voted in accordance with the conditions set out in article R. 5211-14.

The provisions of article R. 2311-1 defining the methods of functional presentation and presentation by nature are applicable to the budget of the syndicat d’agglomération nouvelle.

Les chapitres et articles du budget du syndicat d’agglomération nouvelle sont définis par le décret mentionné à l’article R. 2311-1. Le budget est voté dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 5211-14.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 2311-1 définissant les modalités de la présentation fonctionnelle et de la présentation par nature sont applicables au budget du syndicat d’agglomération nouvelle.
