Article R541-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Foreign nationals applying for renewal of their asylum application certificate must submit, in support of their application, the declaration of domicile provided for in article R. 551-8 or proof of address if they have a stable place of residence.

L’étranger qui sollicite le renouvellement de l’attestation de demande d’asile présente à l’appui de sa demande la déclaration de domiciliation prévue à l’article R. 551-8 ou le justificatif de domicile s’il dispose d’un domicile stable.
