Article R552-6 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The manager of the place of accommodation shall, as soon as possible, report any unjustified and prolonged absence, any violent behaviour and any serious breach of the rules of the place of accommodation to the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration and to the prefect of the département in which the place of accommodation is located.

Le gestionnaire du lieu d’hébergement signale, dans les meilleurs délais, toute absence injustifiée et prolongée, tout comportement violent et tout manquement grave au règlement du lieu d’hébergement à l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration et au préfet du département dans lequel se situe ce lieu d’hébergement.
