Article R5521-1 of the French Public Health Code

Articles R. 5121-11, R. 5121-21, the first and fourth paragraphs of article R. 5121-25 and article R. 5121-37-2 are applicable to Wallis and Futuna.

Subject to the adaptations provided for in Article R. 5521-2, Articles R. 5125-1 to R. 5125-3, R. 5125-4 with the exception of the third paragraph, the first paragraph of Article R. 5125-5, Articles R. 5125-7, R. 5125-8 with the exception of the second and last paragraphs, R. 5125-9, R. 5125-10, R. 5125-11 with the exception of the second paragraph and R. 5125-12, are applicable to Wallis and Futuna in the version resulting from this decree.

Les articles R. 5121-11, R. 5121-21, les premier et quatrième alinéas de l’article R. 5121-25 et l’article R. 5121-37-2 sont applicables à Wallis et Futuna.

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues à l’article R. 5521-2, les articles R. 5125-1 à R. 5125-3, R. 5125-4 à l’exception du troisième alinéa, le premier alinéa de l’article R. 5125-5, les articles R. 5125-7, R. 5125-8 à l’exception des deuxième et dernier alinéas, R. 5125-9, R. 5125-10, R. 5125-11 à l’exception du deuxième alinéa et R. 5125-12, sont applicables à Wallis-et-Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant du présent décret.
