Article R5522-14 of the French Labour Code

The training costs covered by the State under article R. 5222-12 are calculated on a flat-rate basis per hour of training provided, up to a limit of one thousand hours.

An initial payment equal to 50% of the cost of the training is made on the date on which the training begins. The balance is paid on completion of the training, on presentation of a certificate from the training organisation, the employer and the employee.

Les frais de formation pris en charge par l’Etat au titre de l’article R. 5222-12 sont calculés sur une base forfaitaire par heure de formation dispensée et dans la limite de mille heures.

Un premier versement égal à 50 % du coût de la formation est réalisé à la date du début de la formation. Le solde est versé au terme de la formation sur présentation d’une attestation de l’organisme de formation, de l’employeur et du salarié.
