Article R5522-65 of the French Labour Code

If there is no change in the beneficiary’s situation at the end of a period of three months following notification of the decision suspending payment of the aid, or if the beneficiary makes a false declaration, payment of the aid will be cancelled by decision of the Prefect. In the event of fraudulent declarations, the beneficiary shall reimburse the managing body for the aid paid.

Le bénéfice du versement de l’aide est supprimé par décision du préfet en l’absence de modification de la situation du bénéficiaire à l’expiration d’un délai de trois mois suivant la notification de la décision par laquelle l’aide a été suspendue ou en cas de fausse déclaration du bénéficiaire de l’aide. Dans le cas de déclarations frauduleuses, le bénéficiaire rembourse à l’organisme gestionnaire l’aide versée.
