Article R5522-90 of the French Labour Code

For the application of article R. 5123-31 in Mayotte, the second paragraph reads as follows:

“The allowance ceases to be paid when, from the age stipulated in article 2 of order no. 2002-411 of 27 March 2002 relating to health and social protection in Mayotte, the beneficiaries meet the conditions required to validate a full-rate pension within the meaning of article 10 of decree no. 2003-589 of 1 July 2003 implementing the provisions of Title II (Old Age Insurance) and Chapter I of Title VI (Special Allowance for the Elderly) of Ordinance no. 2002-411 of 27 March 2002 relating to health and social protection in Mayotte. “

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article R. 5123-31, le deuxième alinéa est ainsi rédigé :

“ L’allocation cesse d’être versée lorsqu’à partir de l’âge prévu à l’article 2 de l’ordonnance n° 2002-411 du 27 mars 2002 relative à la protection sanitaire et sociale à Mayotte les bénéficiaires remplissent les conditions nécessaires à la validation d’une retraite à taux plein au sens de l’article 10 du décret n° 2003-589 du 1er juillet 2003 portant application des dispositions du titre II (Assurance vieillesse) et du chapitre Ier du titre VI (Allocation spéciale pour les personnes âgées) de l’ordonnance n° 2002-411 du 27 mars 2002 relative à la protection sanitaire et sociale à Mayotte. ”
