In Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, unless they hold a resident’s permit, foreign nationals applying for a renewal of their work permit must enclose with their application an employment contract or promise of contract specifying the occupation, the salary offered and the length of the working week.

A Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, sauf s’il est titulaire d’une carte de résident, l’étranger qui sollicite le renouvellement de l’autorisation de travail joint à sa demande un contrat ou une promesse de contrat de travail précisant la profession, le salaire offert et la durée hebdomadaire de travail.
