Article R581-12 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Beneficiaries of temporary protection and their family members, admitted to France pursuant to articles R. 581-8 to R. 581-11, are admitted to stay under the conditions set out in articles R. 581-4 and R. 581-5.
The provisional residence permit issued to a family member admitted to France pursuant to article R. 581-9 bears the words “family member of a beneficiary of temporary protection”.

Les bénéficiaires de la protection temporaire et les membres de leur famille, admis en France en application des articles R. 581-8 à R. 581-11, sont admis au séjour dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 581-4 et R. 581-5.
L’autorisation provisoire de séjour délivrée à un membre de famille admis en France en application de l’article R. 581-9 porte la mention ” membre de famille d’un bénéficiaire de la protection temporaire “.
