Decisions concerning the modification of the obligations to which the sentenced person is subject, relating to assignment times or exclusion zones, inclusion zones or buffer zones, shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of article 712-8.

Les décisions concernant la modification des obligations auxquelles est astreint le condamné, relatives aux horaires d’assignation ou aux zones d’exclusion, aux zones d’inclusion ou aux zones tampon, sont prises conformément aux dispositions de l’article 712-8.
