Article R611-1 of the French Civil Aviation Code

The decree fixing the distribution of the operating costs of the Conseil Supérieur de l’Aviation Marchande between the various companies concerned in accordance with Article L. 611-1 is issued on the report of the Minister for Civil Aviation and the Minister for the Budget.

The contributions of the companies concerned are attached to the budget in accordance with the fonds de concours procedure.

Article R611-1

Le décret fixant conformément à l’article L. 611-1 la répartition entre les diverses entreprises intéressées des frais de fonctionnement du Conseil supérieur de l’aviation marchande est pris sur le rapport du ministre chargé de l’aviation civile et du ministre chargé du budget.

Les contributions des entreprises intéressées sont rattachées au budget selon la procédure des fonds de concours.
