The conciliator shall inform the president of the court without delay of any factor that could constitute grounds for recusal as well as any other ground that could justify the termination of his mission, of which he was unaware at the time of accepting his mission.

Le conciliateur fait connaître sans délai au président du tribunal tout élément qui pourrait constituer un motif de récusation ainsi que tout autre motif qui pourrait justifier qu’il soit mis fin à sa mission, dont il n’avait pas connaissance au moment de l’acceptation de sa mission.
