Article R6111-29 of the French Public Health Code

The terms and conditions for the involvement of the public health establishment referred to in article R. 6111-27 are set out in a protocol signed by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, the Inter-regional Director of Prison Services, the head of the prison and the director of the health establishment concerned, after obtaining the opinion of the Supervisory Board.

A supplementary protocol is signed under the same conditions to set out the terms and conditions for the involvement of any health establishment designated in application of article R. 6111-28. In this case, the director of the public health establishment mentioned in article R. 6112-14 is also a signatory of this additional protocol.

Les modalités d’intervention de l’établissement public de santé mentionné à l’article R. 6111-27 sont fixées par un protocole signé par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, le directeur interrégional des services pénitentiaires, le chef de l’établissement pénitentiaire et le directeur de l’établissement de santé concerné, après avis du conseil de surveillance.

Un protocole complémentaire est signé dans les mêmes conditions pour fixer les modalités d’intervention de l’établissement de santé éventuellement désigné en application de l’article R. 6111-28. Dans ce cas, le directeur de l’établissement public de santé mentionné à l’article R. 6112-14 est également signataire de ce protocole complémentaire.
