Article R6111-49 of the French Public Health Code

The participation of the establishments, the persons mentioned in the first paragraph of I of article L. 6112-2 and the army hospitals in round-the-clock care may be covered financially by the regional intervention fund mentioned in article L. 1435-8.

In addition, for their participation in the round-the-clock care provided by an establishment mentioned in d of article L. 162-22-6 of the Social Security Code, self-employed doctors who practise a medical speciality listed in the contract mentioned in article L. 6114-1 or in a specific contract and under the conditions set by this contract may be compensated by the regional intervention fund.

The Ministers for Health and Social Security decide :

1° The nature of the expenses covered by the regional intervention fund under the first paragraph, which may differ according to the categories of establishments mentioned in Article L. 162-22-6 of the Social Security Code and the types of services ;

2° The conditions for compensating the doctors mentioned in the second paragraph.

La participation des établissements, des personnes mentionnées au premier alinéa du I de l’article L. 6112-2 et des hôpitaux des armées à la permanence des soins peut être prise en charge financièrement par le fonds d’intervention régional mentionné à l’article L. 1435-8.

En outre, pour sa participation à la permanence des soins assurée par un établissement mentionné au d de l’article L. 162-22-6 du code de la sécurité sociale, le médecin libéral qui exerce une spécialité médicale répertoriée dans le contrat mentionné à l’article L. 6114-1 ou dans un contrat spécifique et selon les conditions fixées par ce contrat peut être indemnisé par le fonds d’intervention régional.

Les ministres de la santé et de la sécurité sociale arrêtent :

1° La nature des charges couvertes par le fonds d’intervention régional au titre du premier alinéa, qui peut être différente en fonction des catégories d’établissements mentionnées à l’article L. 162-22-6 du code de la sécurité sociale et des types de services ;

2° Les conditions d’indemnisation des médecins mentionnés au deuxième alinéa.
