Article R6112-3 of the French Public Health Code

The amendment to the multiannual contract of objectives and resources referred to in Article L. 6112-3 is concluded between the Director General of the Regional Health Agency and the establishment within a maximum period of six months from notification of the authorisation decision.

A new amendment is signed, under the same conditions, when the authorisation is terminated under the conditions set out in article R. 6112-2.

Article R6112-3

L’avenant au contrat pluriannuel d’objectifs et de moyens mentionné à l’article L. 6112-3 est conclu entre le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé et l’établissement dans un délai maximum de six mois à compter de la notification de la décision d’habilitation.

Un nouvel avenant est conclu, dans les mêmes conditions, lorsque l’habilitation prend fin dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 6112-2.
