Article R6113-13 of the French Labour Code

The Chairman of the Professional Certification Commission notifies the ministries and certifying bodies of requests for total or partial correspondence in application of article L. 6113-7.

The ministries and certifying bodies have a period of six months from this notification to submit their written observations.

At the end of this period and in the light of the observations made, the Professional Certification Committee will confirm, amend or reject its initial request. This decision is notified by its chairman to the ministries and certifying bodies.

The ministry or certifying body has a period of six months from this notification to comply with the request of the Professional Certification Commission and inform it accordingly. If it fails to comply, the Director General of France Compétences will notify the ministry or certifying body that the professional certification has been withdrawn from the National Vocational Certification Register.

Les demandes tendant à la mise en place de correspondances totales ou partielles en application de l’article L. 6113-7 sont notifiées aux ministères et organismes certificateurs par le président de la commission de la certification professionnelle.

Les ministères et organismes certificateurs disposent d’un délai de six mois à compter de cette notification pour faire part de leurs observations écrites.

Au terme de ce délai et au vu des observations produites, la commission de la certification professionnelle confirme, modifie ou infirme sa demande initiale. Cette décision est notifiée par son président aux ministères et organismes certificateurs.

Le ministère ou l’organisme certificateur dispose d’un délai de six mois à compter de cette notification pour se conformer à la demande de la commission de la certification professionnelle et l’en informer. A défaut de mise en conformité, le directeur général de France compétences notifie au ministère ou à l’organisme certificateur le retrait de la certification professionnelle du répertoire national de la certification professionnelle.
