Article R6113-14-1 of the French Labour Code

The ministries and certifying bodies ensure that the information communicated to the public relating to the professional qualifications, certifications or authorisations registered in the national registers complies with the information transmitted to the Director General of France Compétences for the assessment of the examination criteria set out in Articles R. 6113-9 and R. 6113-11, whether this information is transmitted by them or by the bodies they authorise to prepare for the acquisition, assessment or award of these professional qualifications, certifications or authorisations.

Article R6113-14-1

Les ministères et organismes certificateurs s’assurent que les informations communiquées au public relatives aux certifications professionnelles, aux certifications ou aux habilitations enregistrées dans les répertoires nationaux sont conformes aux informations transmises au directeur général de France compétences pour l’appréciation des critères d’examen fixés aux articles R. 6113-9 et R. 6113-11, que ces informations soient transmises par leurs soins ou par les organismes qu’ils habilitent pour préparer à acquérir, évaluer ou délivrer ces certifications professionnelles, certifications ou habilitations.
