Article R6113-16 of the French Labour Code

When applying for registration, the ministries and certifying bodies inform the Director General of France Compétences of the authorisations they have issued to bodies to prepare for the acquisition, assessment or issue of professional qualifications and certifications and authorisations, in accordance with the procedures defined by order of the Minister for Vocational Training.

The ministries and certifying bodies must notify the Director General of France Compétences of any changes to these authorisations within three months.

Les ministères et organismes certificateurs communiquent au directeur général de France compétences, lors de la demande d’enregistrement, les habilitations qu’ils délivrent à des organismes pour préparer à acquérir, évaluer ou délivrer les certifications professionnelles et les certifications et habilitations, selon des modalités définies par arrêté du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle.

Les ministères et organismes certificateurs communiquent au directeur général de France compétences, dans un délai de trois mois, toute modification portant sur ces habilitations.
