Article R6113-41 of the French Public Health Code

The Managing Director of the Agency, the Chairman of the Steering Committee, the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board, the Financial Control Authority and the Accounting Officer attend meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity. The Managing Director of the Agency, the Chairman of the Steering Committee and the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board may be assisted by any person of their choice.

The Board may hear any person it considers useful for its information.

Le directeur général de l’agence, le président du comité d’orientation, le président du conseil scientifique, l’autorité chargée du contrôle financier et l’agent comptable participent aux réunions du conseil d’administration avec voix consultative. Le directeur général de l’agence, le président du comité d’orientation, le président du conseil scientifique, peut se faire assister de toute personne de son choix.

Le conseil peut entendre toute personne dont il estime l’audition utile à son information.
