Article R612-21 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

After obtaining the opinion of the Consultative Commission referred to in I of Article L. 612-14, the AMF may draw up standard application files, including the list, format and procedures for transmitting the information it requires. They will be published in electronic form in the Authority’s official register.

L’Autorité peut déterminer, après avis de la commission consultative mentionnée au I de l’article L. 612-14, des dossiers types de demande comprenant notamment la liste, le format et les modalités de transmission des informations qui lui sont nécessaires. Ils sont publiés au registre officiel de l’Autorité sous forme électronique.
