Article R612-67 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The search report shall be drawn up in the light of the preliminary search report, taking into account, where appropriate, the claims last filed, any observations of the applicant filed in support of the maintained claims and any observations of third parties.

It shall be established upon expiry of the time limits set in the articles R. 612-59, R. 612-61, R. 612-63 or R. 612-64, whichever expires later.

Le rapport de recherche est arrêté au vu du rapport de recherche préliminaire en tenant compte, le cas échéant, des revendications déposées en dernier lieu, des observations éventuelles du demandeur déposées à l’appui des revendications maintenues et des observations des tiers.

Il est établi à l’expiration des délais fixés aux articles R. 612-59, R. 612-61, R. 612-63 ou R. 612-64, le délai venant à expiration le plus tard étant pris en considération.
