Article R6123-11 of the French Labour Code

The decisions of the Board of Directors relating to 8°, 9°, 10°, 11°, 13° and 19° of I of article R. 6123-8 are automatically enforceable fifteen days after they are received by the ministers responsible for vocational training and the budget, unless one of them objects within this period.

Other resolutions are enforceable from the date of signature of the minutes by the Chairman of the meeting.

Deliberations are forwarded without delay to the authority responsible for economic and financial control.

Article R6123-11

Les délibérations du conseil d’administration relevant des 8°, 9°, 10°, 11°, 13° et 19° du I de l’article R. 6123-8 sont exécutoires de plein droit quinze jours après leur réception par les ministres chargé de la formation professionnelle et chargé du budget, à moins que l’un d’entre eux n’y fasse opposition dans ce délai.

Les autres délibérations sont exécutoires à compter de la signature du relevé des délibérations par le président de séance.

Les délibérations sont transmises sans délai à l’autorité chargée du contrôle économique et financier.
