Article R6123-14 of the French Labour Code

A mediator is responsible within France Compétences for investigating individual complaints from users relating to the career development advice mentioned in 4° of article L. 6123-5 and the career transition projects mentioned in article L. 6323-17-6.

It draws up an annual report in which it makes any proposals it deems likely to improve the operation of France Compétences and the service provided to users. This report is sent to the France Compétences Board of Directors, to the Minister responsible for vocational training and to the Défenseur des droits.

Referral to the Défenseur des droits, within its field of competence, terminates the complaints procedure submitted to the mediator.

Article R6123-14

Un médiateur est chargé au sein de France compétences d’instruire les réclamations individuelles des usagers relatives au conseil en évolution professionnelle mentionné au 4° de l’article L. 6123-5 et aux projets de transition professionnelle mentionnés à l’article L. 6323-17-6.

Il établit un rapport annuel dans lequel il formule les propositions qui lui paraissent de nature à améliorer le fonctionnement de France compétences et le service rendu aux usagers. Ce rapport est transmis au conseil d’administration de France compétences, au ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle et au Défenseur des droits.

La saisine du Défenseur des droits, dans son champ de compétences, met fin à la procédure de réclamation introduite auprès du médiateur.
