Article R6123-20 of the French Labour Code

France Compétences is subject to the economic and financial control of the State under the conditions set out in decree no. 55-733 of 26 May 1955 relating to the economic and financial control of the State.

France Compétences is required to deposit its funds with the Treasury.

However, by decision of the Minister for the Economy and the Minister for the Budget, France Compétences may be authorised to open a bank account with a credit institution. Such authorisation is valid for a maximum of three years.

France compétence est soumis au contrôle économique et financier de l’Etat dans les conditions prévues par le décret n° 55-733 du 26 mai 1955 relatif au contrôle économique et financier de l’Etat.

France compétences est tenu de déposer ses fonds au Trésor.

Toutefois, par décision du ministre chargé de l’économie et du ministre chargé du budget, France compétences peut être autorisé à ouvrir un compte bancaire auprès d’un établissement de crédit. Une telle autorisation est valable pour une durée maximale de trois ans.
