Article R6123-206 of the French Public Health Code

The paediatric surgical care activity referred to in 2° of the I of article R. 6123-202, consists of the surgical care, defined in the first paragraph of article R. 6123-201, of children under the age of fifteen.

If necessary, the holder of the “paediatric surgery” authorisation may provide care for children between the ages of fifteen and eighteen.

L’activité de soins de chirurgie pédiatrique mentionnée au 2° du I de l’article R. 6123-202, consiste en la prise en charge chirurgicale, définie au premier alinéa de l’article R. 6123-201, des enfants de moins de quinze ans.


En cas de besoin, le titulaire de l’autorisation sous la modalité ” chirurgie pédiatrique ” peut prendre en charge des enfants entre quinze et dix-huit ans.
