Article R613-38 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The provisions of Article R. 613-37 shall apply, independently of the action to fix the remuneration for the ex officio licence, to any proceedings relating to a dispute arising from the enforcement of the order granting such a licence.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 613-37 s’appliquent, indépendamment de l’action en fixation de la rémunération de la licence d’office, à l’occasion de toute instance relative à une contestation née de l’exécution de l’arrêté accordant une telle licence.
