Article R613-44-8 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The period referred to in the last paragraph of Article L. 613-23-2 shall be four months.

The date of the end of the investigation phase referred to in the same paragraph is notified without delay to the parties by the Director General of the National Institute of Industrial Property. This date shall occur if no party has submitted observations on the expiry of the time limits mentioned in 2° or 3° of Article R. 613-44-6 and, at the latest, on the day on which oral observations are submitted.

Le délai mentionné au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 613-23-2 est de quatre mois.

La date de fin de la phase d’instruction mentionnée au même alinéa est notifiée sans délai aux parties par le directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle. Cette date intervient dès lors qu’aucune partie n’a présenté d’observations à l’expiration des délais mentionnés aux 2° ou 3° de l’article R. 613-44-6 et, au plus tard, le jour de la présentation des observations orales.
