Article R6132-21 of the French Public Health Code

No later than fifteen days before the deadline stipulated in the first paragraph of article R. 6145-29, the establishments that are part of the regional hospital grouping send their revenue and expenditure forecasts and their overall multi-year funding plan to the strategic committee for its opinion.

This opinion is forwarded, no later than eight days after this deadline, to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, who assesses the statement of projected income and expenditure and the multi-annual global financing plan for each of the establishments belonging to the regional hospital grouping, taking into account all the budgets of these establishments.

Article R6132-21

Les établissements parties au groupement hospitalier de territoire transmettent pour avis au comité stratégique, au plus tard quinze jours avant la date limite prévue au premier alinéa de l’article R. 6145-29, leur état des prévisions de recettes et de dépenses ainsi que leur plan global de financement pluriannuel.

Cet avis est transmis, au plus tard huit jours après cette date limite, au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, qui apprécie l’état des prévisions de recettes et de dépenses et le plan global de financement pluriannuel de chacun des établissements parties au groupement hospitalier de territoire en prenant en compte l’ensemble des budgets de ces établissements.
