Article R614-13 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The following shall be entered ex officio in the National Patent Register:

1° The final decision mentioned in Article R. 614-6;

2° The submission of the translation and that of the revised translation of the claims of the patent application or of the claims of the European patent mentioned in Articles R. 614-11 and R. 614-12.

Font l’objet d’une inscription d’office au Registre national des brevets :

1° La décision définitive mentionnée à l’article R. 614-6 ;

2° La remise de la traduction et celle de la traduction révisée des revendications de la demande de brevet ou des revendications du brevet européen mentionnées aux articles R. 614-11 et R. 614-12.
