Article R614-14 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The following shall be entered in the National Patent Register, free of charge, at the request of the clerk of the court or at the request of one of the parties to the proceedings, judicial decisions which have become res judicata taken pursuant to articles L. 614-12 and L. 615-17.

Font l’objet d’une inscription au Registre national des brevets, sans frais, sur réquisition du greffier du tribunal ou sur requête d’une des parties à l’instance, les décisions judiciaires passées en force de chose jugée prises en application des articles L. 614-12 et L. 615-17.
