The departments not covered by this chapter and the posts likely to be filled by practitioners not subject to the status provided for in article L. 6151-1 are listed in the agreement.

The total number of hospital posts likely to be occupied by practitioners other than assistants and deputies may not, for all university hospital centres, and for all disciplines other than anaesthesiology, exceed 25% of the total number of teaching and hospital staff.

Les services placés en dehors de l’application du présent chapitre, ainsi que les emplois susceptibles d’être occupés par des praticiens non soumis au statut prévu à l’article L. 6151-1 sont énumérés par la convention.

Le nombre total des postes hospitaliers susceptibles d’être occupés par des praticiens autres que les assistants et adjoints ne peut, pour l’ensemble des centres hospitaliers universitaires, et pour l’ensemble des disciplines autres que l’anesthésiologie, être supérieur à 25 % du nombre total des personnels enseignants et hospitaliers.
