Article R6142-6 of the French Public Health Code

The following are part of the hospital and university centre

1° All the teaching and research departments of the training and research units concerned ;

2° All the diagnostic and care services of the regional hospital centre, with the exception of those that are maintained either totally or partially outside, in application of 1° of article L. 6142-17.

Font partie du centre hospitalier et universitaire :

1° L’ensemble des services d’enseignement et de recherche des unités de formation et de recherche concernées ;

2° L’ensemble des services de diagnostic et de soins du centre hospitalier régional, à l’exception de ceux qui sont maintenus soit totalement soit partiellement en dehors, en application du 1° de l’article L. 6142-17.
