The Supervisory Board meets at least four times a year, unless its internal regulations provide for a greater number of meetings.

Supervisory Board meetings are not public.

Members of the Supervisory Board and other persons invited to attend its meetings are bound by an obligation of discretion with regard to information of a confidential nature.

Les séances du conseil de surveillance ne sont pas publiques.

Les membres du conseil de surveillance ainsi que les autres personnes appelées à assister à ses réunions sont tenus à une obligation de discrétion à l’égard des informations présentant un caractère confidentiel.
