Article R6143-8 of the French Public Health Code

The Supervisory Board meets when convened by its Chairman or at the request of one third of its members.

The agenda is drawn up by the Chairman and sent at least seven days in advance to all members of the Supervisory Board and to those who attend in an advisory capacity.

In urgent cases, the period referred to in the previous paragraph may be shortened by the Chairman.

Notices of the first meeting of the Supervisory Board are sent by the Chairman of the Management Board.

Le conseil de surveillance se réunit sur convocation de son président ou à la demande du tiers de ses membres.

L’ordre du jour est arrêté par le président et adressé au moins sept jours à l’avance à l’ensemble des membres du conseil de surveillance ainsi qu’aux personnes qui y siègent avec voix consultative.

En cas d’urgence, le délai mentionné à l’alinéa précédent peut être abrégé par le président.

Les convocations à la première réunion du conseil de surveillance sont adressées par le président du directoire.

Les autres modalités de la convocation du conseil de surveillance sont fixées par son règlement intérieur.
