Article R6145-19 of the French Public Health Code

The following documents are appended to the budget:

1° A presentation report drawn up by the director of the establishment analysing the general balance, explaining the assumptions made for expenditure and revenue and outlining the main changes in relation to the previous year;

2° A forecast of the number of paid staff, the model for which is set by order of the Minister for Health.

Sont annexés au budget les documents suivants :

1° Le rapport de présentation établi par le directeur de l’établissement analysant les équilibres généraux, explicitant les hypothèses retenues en dépenses et en recettes et retraçant les principales évolutions par rapport à l’année précédente ;

2° Le tableau prévisionnel des effectifs rémunérés, dont le modèle est fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
