La mobilisation spécifique et la participation de tous moyens hospitaliers, dont le service mobile de secours et de soins d’urgence à la couverture médicale des grands rassemblements, au sens de l’article R. 6311-4, font l’objet d’une facturation particulière dans le cadre d’une convention passée entre l’établissement public de santé et les parties prenantes.
