Article R6145-32 of the French Public Health Code

Where the Director General of the Regional Health Agency objects to the budget, he shall set a time limit, not exceeding thirty days from notification of the objection, within which the director of the institution shall draw up a new budget. This new budget is sent without delay to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency for approval.

Lorsque le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé s’oppose au budget, il détermine le délai, dans la limite de trente jours à compter de la notification de l’opposition, dans lequel le directeur de l’établissement fixe un nouveau budget. Ce nouveau budget est transmis sans délai au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, en vue de son approbation.
