Article R6147-115 of the French Public Health Code

The regional health agency within whose jurisdiction an army hospital is located is consulted by the hospital on any factor likely to influence the provision of care, in particular those relating to projects affecting its activities and facilities mentioned in article L. 6147-7, its association with a regional hospital grouping, its participation in a health cooperation grouping, a public interest grouping, a coordination support scheme or a specific regional scheme.

L’agence régionale de santé dans le ressort de laquelle est implanté un hôpital des armées est consultée par ce dernier sur tout élément susceptible d’influer sur l’offre de soins, notamment ceux liés à des projets touchant à ses activités et équipements mentionnées à l’article L. 6147-7, à son association à un groupement hospitalier de territoire, à sa participation à un groupement de coopération sanitaire, à un groupement d’intérêt public, à un dispositif d’appui à la coordination ou à un dispositif spécifique régional.
